Some frequently asked questions:

What hardware is included?

Each Pinage device comes with a compatible HDMI cable and power adapter, however a pre-existing screen is required. With the Analytics Subscription, the camera add-on for presence detection is included.

Why is there no online checkout?

Currently, Pinage is only available for purchase through our sales team. Rolling it out across multiple stores works best when we've scoped it with you first. Plus, it allows us to provide the right hardware, and personalised support. Just get in touch with us via the contact page.

How does pricing work across many locations?

Pricing is per screen, per month. For larger estates, we'll build a tailored quote based on the number of sites and screens. Get in contact and we can put the numbers to it.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Both subscriptions have a 12-month minimum term, however, the Pinage subscription can be upgraded to the Analytics subscription at any time.

Are there setup fees for installing the device?

Visit our setup guide and watch the videos for instructions on how to install your device yourself. Get in contact for one of our team to install the devices instead for a small fee.

What support is included?

Each plan includes support from our team, and you'll deal directly with the people who build and run Pinage.

What does the audience feedback actually measure?

It detects when a screen has someone in front of it and counts it anonymously, so you can see attention by screen, location and campaign. It never recognises individuals nor stores any images. It's currently in beta with selected customers.
